Sand Key Beach
Located on the barrier island of Sand Key is Sand Key Park. There is a playground and some trees, but most go for the expansive sandy beach. The nearby city forms a fancy backdrop. Shells, sponges, and coral wash up here. Sandpipers, gulls, and crabs frequent the place. It’s a great place to build sandcastles or walk up and down the beach to see what others have built.
